In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing employee referral candidates, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system, and maintaining clear referral reporting. You'll also collaborate with recruiters to confirm next steps and clarify candidate statuses. This is a great opportunity to support an HR function that directly impacts talent acquisition workflows and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Review all submitted employee referrals for alignment with job qualifications and requirements.
- Accurately disposition referrals within the applicant tracking system (Eightfold) in a timely manner.
- Communicate with recruiters for follow-ups, next steps, or clarifications.
- Track and report referral activity, metrics, and backlog progress.
- Conduct basic follow-ups when additional information is needed.
- Support ongoing improvements to referral workflows and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold, Workday preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage large data volumes consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience handling referrals or candidate screening (especially with engineering/tech teams). (preferred)
- Basic reporting and data management experience. (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail when working within systems. (preferred)
- Clear communication and collaboration skills. (preferred)
