Must Have:
  • Developing people management strategies and policies to meet business needs
  • Planning, administering and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and employee/labor relations
  • Attracting, finding and acquiring skilled labor for Condé Nast's needs
  • Talent evaluation and screening (assessing skills, testing, ranking, reference checking, etc.)
  • Job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies
  • Talent prospecting at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions
  • Talent staffing and planning
  • Managing new employee induction process
  • Establishing operational plans and strategies for their Job Area

Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, finding and acquiring skilled labor for Condé Nast's needs including talent evaluation and screening (assessing skills, testing, ranking, reference checking, etc.); job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies; talent prospecting at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions; talent staffing and planning; managing new employee induction process. May be responsible for exit interviews. Recognized master in professional discipline Establishes operational plans and strategies for their Job Area
