Job Description

Tripledot is seeking a Monetization Manager for their Zephyr Mobile studio. This role involves driving game growth through smart, data-driven advertising strategies, directly influencing monetization across multiple games. The manager will analyze performance metrics, design A/B tests, provide actionable insights to improve revenue and user experience, and collaborate with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Ad Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in mobile game advertising monetization.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in game analytics or product analytics.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced data analysis.
  • Understanding of user segmentation and predictive modeling.
Must Have:
  • Analyze ad monetization performance metrics (e.g., ARPDAU, eCPM, IMPU, fill rate, retention impact).
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad placements, formats, and bid floors.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve revenue while maintaining a strong user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Ad Operations teams to balance monetization and engagement goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising monetization (preferably in mobile games or apps).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ad networks, mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource, etc.), and programmatic bidding.
  • Solid understanding of key ad monetization KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, conduct cohort analysis, and interpret results effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

You’ll be joining the Zephyr Mobile team, which originally was formed in 2016 and has been part of Tripledot since May 2024. The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team. Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development. The largest games produced by ZephyrMobile: Get Color, Nut Sort, Hey Color, Math Crossword.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our games through smart, data-driven advertising strategies. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence monetization strategy across multiple games, working in a collaborative and data-driven team culture where your insights will make a measurable impact on both revenue and player experience.

Key Responsibilities
