Job Description

Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. They work with clients to influence fan spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Their platforms are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including major sports organizations and brands. The company has nearly 1000 employees across 14 offices worldwide. The role involves owning media partner relationships, delivering onboarding sessions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating workshops, contributing to performance reporting, and proactively developing opportunities with broadcast partners. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in media/broadcast partnerships, ideally in sports, strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organization, and an interest in sport, particularly women's football. Willingness to travel across Europe and the Americas is also required. We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.

Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning relationships with media partners and broadcasters for our clients by being an always-on, primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication to internal & external departments
  • Delivering onboarding & demo sessions to media partners on behalf of our clients and their processes across broadcast ops, content access, bookings, accreditation and more
  • Working collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, broadcast operations, ticketing, legal and finance
  • Facilitating in-person workshops with 100+ attendees; playing a key role across operational aspects as well as content development
  • Contributing to Performance Reporting & Insights Delivery during the rights cycle, ensuring partners are maximising engagement opportunities and are fulfilling coverage and other contractual obligations
  • Proactive opportunity development with key broadcast partners to maintain strong relationships across all core capabilities
  • Supporting the set-up between Two Circles Partnership Management and our clients, as well as developing structures and processes for new opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years managing and activating media/broadcast partnerships, ideally across sports properties
  • Existing knowledge of live media production and broadcast operations an advantage
  • A brilliant communicator and relationship builder who is confident and can creatively solve problems & create value
  • A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new processes & opportunities  
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus
  • An interest in sport, and women’s football
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe & Americas
