Job Description
The Media Processing Accelerator Architect will be responsible for developing architectures, frameworks, and toolchains for hardware accelerators specifically designed for media applications such as camera, video, and display processing. This role involves collaborating with various teams to explore new architectures, algorithms, toolchain and compiler optimizations. The architect will be required to meet power, performance, and area goals for hardware implementations. Key responsibilities include architecting flexible hardware accelerators for media applications, developing automation toolchains for efficient accelerator development, creating architectural and performance simulators, and working with cross-functional teams to define, architect, and implement application-specific accelerators.
