Easybrain seeks a Mobile Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for their casual mobile games. Responsibilities include App Store and Google Play store optimization (ASO), A/B testing, performance analysis, competitive analysis, video creative development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of ASO and mobile marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and creative vision. The role requires developing and implementing marketing strategies, optimizing app store pages, conducting ASO experiments, tracking marketing metrics, and collaborating with various teams to maximize product profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance and success of the assigned game titles.

Easybrain is seeking a skilled Mobile Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our casual mobile games’ marketing and store page optimization to maximize their profits and secure the top placements in the respective niches. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to products with a massive reach of hundreds of millions of users and significantly impact their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Product Manager;
- Optimize App Store and Google Play store pages tailored to target audiences;
- Conduct ASO (App Store Optimization) experiments, including icons, screenshots, and descriptions;
- Track, analyze, and report on vital marketing metrics to improve performance;
- Perform competitive analysis and stay updated on mobile marketing trends and R&Ds;
- Take control over video creatives for assigned products, developing concepts based on internal and industry best practices;
- Collaborate with product management, design, and user acquisition teams to maximize product profitability.

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are strategists with strong analytical and communication skills who can collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience: At least 2 years in ASO and mobile marketing for apps or games on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
Skills: Strong understanding of mobile marketing, analytical thinking, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
Creative Vision: Experience in creating video creatives and playable ads.
Communication: Advanced English proficiency and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Mindset: Common sense, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.
