Job Summary
Easybrain is seeking a skilled HR Manager for its Cyprus office to join the existing HR team. This role involves managing HR processes, new recruitments, and making a significant impact on the growing team developing top-notch products. The manager will handle responsibilities from recruiting and onboarding to policy implementation, employee support, and event organization, contributing to a positive work environment.
Must Have
- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews
- Coordinating adaptation and performance
- Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones
- Advising management on personnel management issues
- Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees
- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues
- Organising corporate and social events
- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis
- Supervising health and safety policies
- 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company
- Russian language is a must
- Very good command of the English language
- Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities
- Computer Skills
Good to Have
- Good command of the Greek language

Requirements:

- Russian language is a must;
