Job Summary

Easybrain is seeking a skilled HR Manager for its Cyprus office to join the existing HR team. This role involves managing HR processes, new recruitments, and making a significant impact on the growing team developing top-notch products. The manager will handle responsibilities from recruiting and onboarding to policy implementation, employee support, and event organization, contributing to a positive work environment.

Must Have

  • Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews
  • Coordinating adaptation and performance
  • Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones
  • Advising management on personnel management issues
  • Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees
  • Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues
  • Organising corporate and social events
  • Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis
  • Supervising health and safety policies
  • 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company
  • Russian language is a must
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities
  • Computer Skills

Good to Have

  • Good command of the Greek language

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;
  • Managerial skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Russian language is a must;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Good command of the Greek language will be a strong advantage;
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
  • Computer Skills.
