Job Description

Easybrain is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations, reporting, and employee documentation with precision and independence. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel documentation according to Polish labor law, registering/deregistering employees with ZUS, issuing employment-related documents, preparing monthly and annual reports (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, PPK, GUS), calculating salaries and compensation, processing absences, coordinating occupational health services, and overseeing the company’s social benefits fund (ZFŚS).
Good To Have:
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Experience with employment legalization for foreign workers.
  • English level B1 or higher.
Must Have:
  • 3-4 years of experience in payroll or HR/payroll.
  • Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance.
  • Fluent Russian language.
  • Practical experience with ZUS "Płatnik" system.
  • University degree in a relevant Polish field.

At Easybrain, we create casual games enjoyed by millions worldwide, and we’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to manage payroll operations, reporting, and employee documentation with precision and independence. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR, finance, and external institutions to ensure everything runs smoothly and in full compliance with Polish labor laws and regulations.
 
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel documentation in accordance with current labor law;
- Register new employees and their family members in ZUS; deregister upon termination;
- Issue employment-related documents (e.g., income confirmations) for employees and contractors;
- Prepare monthly and annual reports, declarations, and settlements (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, PPK, GUS);
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and compensation for unused vacation;
- Process absences under both employment and civil law contracts;
- Coordinate occupational health services within the company;
- Oversee the company’s social benefits fund (ZFŚS).

Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in a payroll or HR/payroll role;
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations;
- Fluent Russian (required);
- Practical experience with the ZUS “Płatnik” system;
- A university degree in a relevant Polish field.

Will be a plus:
- Experience working with payroll processing;
- Practical experience with employment legalization processes for foreign workers;
- English level B1 or higher.
