Job Description

Marvell is a leader in data movement interconnects, providing semiconductor components and optical subsystems. This internship offers the opportunity to work with package designs and EDAs like HFSS and ADS, understand design constraints, and engage with best-in-class package designs and high-speed interface instruments. The role focuses on contributing to the development of data infrastructure solutions.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit
  • Familiarity with using Python for tests script
  • Familiarity with Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
  • Familiarity with presenting data and ideas to a diverse audience
Must Have:
  • Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program
  • Existing understanding of at least one of the following: Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process

  • Work with the Packages designs and EDAs (HFSS, ADS) used in industry.
  • Work with the design constraint and trade-off to be considered in industry.
  • Best in-class package designs / measurements instruments / high-speed interface while considering the industry’s requirements above.

What We're Looking For

  • Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program

You must have existing understanding of at least one of the following:

  • Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process.

The best candidate will also be familiar with:
