Position Summary
We are looking for a Monetization & Live Ops Specialist to join our Match Hotel! team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute engaging in-game events and monetization strategies that enhance player experience and drive revenue. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and artists to ensure our live operations are dynamic, data-driven, and aligned with the game’s long-term roadmap. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute live in-game events and promotions that maximize player engagement and monetization
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize monetization features and event structures
- Utilize A/B testing and data insights to improve monetization strategies and drive KPIs
- Support the development and maintenance of the Live Ops calendar, including recurring and one-time events
- Segment users effectively and tailor offers and events to different player profiles
- Coordinate in-game messaging and external communications (e.g., push notifications, inbox messages) to support Live Ops
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize live activities
- Ensure timely delivery of all monetization and Live Ops initiatives through clear planning and cross-functional collaboration
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in mobile game monetization or live operations, ideally as part of a cross-functional product team working closely with game designers, analysts, and developers
- Passion for mobile games, especially match-3 or puzzle genres
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and A/B testing
- Great communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with game economy design or game design principles
