Must Have
- Create high-quality 3D assets, characters, and environments.

- 5+ years experience as a Game Artist in gaming.

- Strong Photoshop skills for texture painting.
- Solid knowledge of design fundamentals.
- Experience with games featuring a main character.
- Familiarity with Unity and its asset pipeline.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior 3D Game Artist to join our Match Hotel! Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, characters, and visually compelling scenes that elevate the player experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the artistic vision of a live, casual puzzle game. #LI-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D assets, characters, and environments that align with the game’s visual style
- Build visually compelling scenes with strong composition, human/creature anatomy, lighting, staging, proportion, scale, value, perspective and color for mobile platforms
- Adapt assets and visuals using Photoshop and other 2D tools when necessary
- Implement 3D assets into Unity, ensuring they are optimized and functional within the engine
- Utilize AI tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and asset creation
Desired Skills & Experience
- A degree in preferably in Animation, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Artist in the gaming industry
- Proven experience as a generalist 3D artist, with expertise in character design, lighting, and scene composition
- Proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, and rendering
- Strong skills in Photoshop for texture painting and visual adaptation
- Solid knowledge of design fundamentals, including color theory, form, and balance
- Prior experience working on games with a main character, ideally in the casual or casual puzzle genre
- Familiarity with Unity and its asset pipeline
- Familiarity with AI tools to support art production
- Ability to work iteratively, receive feedback constructively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for game development
