Job Description
Hi, I’m Michael Visser, Head of the Studio Team team here, and I’m excited to invite you to consider joining us as a Senior 3D Artist.
If you’re a creative visionary who loves pushing the limits of Virtual and Augmented Reality in E-sports, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to translate high-level concepts into engaging experiences—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Senior 3D Artist, you’ll play a key role in creating the visual language of our E-sports experiences. You will be responsible for taking ownership of art assets—from concept to engine implementation, ensuring they are as optimised as they are beautiful.
Each day, you’ll collaborate with developers, producers, and other artists to deliver complex art features. You won’t just be modeling; you will be architecting large environments using modular and kit-bash approaches, and iterating quickly on prototypes to showcase new designs.
You will also act as a mentor to junior artists, helping to maintain the quality of our products and processes. Whether you are refining PBR workflows, optimizing render performance for GPU/CPU, or organizing asset libraries for better workflow, you’ll be at the heart of building a unified visual vision.
What We Value
We move fast, aim high, and never settle. We believe in creativity, technical excellence, and ownership, giving you the freedom to innovate while supporting you with a team that’s as passionate as you are.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Love building high-quality assets that balance visual fidelity with performance.
- Are collaborative and proactive, you have the communication skills to align with different departments.
- Thrive in a multidisciplinary environment where identifying and solving design bottlenecks is part of the rhythm.
- Take pride in organizing assets and creating efficient, reusable designs.
- Enjoy mentoring others and maintaining high quality standards across the team.
This role is based on-site (32–40 hours per week). You’ll need to be living in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the EU.
Tech Stack and Skill Requirements
You don’t need to tick every box—but here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years in Unity (Unreal is a plus) and 2+ years in Blender.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D content development and design skills.
- Core Skills: Deep experience with PBR workflows and implementing game assets (meshes, animations, materials).
- Optimization: Proven experience optimizing game assets and render performance (GPU and CPU).
- Environment Art: Ability to create large environments via modular/kit-bash approaches.
- Technical Eye: Strong analytical skills for identifying errors, troubleshooting, and reviewing design plans.
- Bonus: A solid understanding of lighting in Unity or other game engines.
Note: Knowledge and love for sports is not required!

We also make sure it’s a great place to grow:
