Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to create animated banners and icons for our gaming projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong 2D animation skills, proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop, and the ability to work across various styles to align with diverse banner themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and designs for animated banners and icons that enhance user engagement.
• 2D Animation Production: Utilize After Effects to animate graphics, ensuring smooth and visually appealing motion sequences.
• Graphic Creation: Design and prepare graphics in Photoshop for animation, maintaining high-quality visual standards.
• Style Adaptation: Adapt to various artistic styles to produce animations that fit different themes and project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate animations seamlessly into gaming platforms.
• Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback from peers and supervisors to refine animations and achieve desired outcomes.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in motion design and 2D animation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with additional animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony) is a plus.
• Artistic Skills: Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in multiple artistic styles and adapt to project-specific requirements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
• Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and support other employees.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming-related projects.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Understanding of user interface (UI) design principles.
