About the team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. Responsibilities
- Produce full-cycle advertising videos both independently and in a team: from concept development to post-production (storyboarded short videos - both UGC& brand, 2D, 3D animations, animated banners)
- Analyze ad performance and optimizing graphic and video materials - enhancing CPI, CTR, ROAS and retention.
- Monitor competitor activity and general creative trends in mobile advertising to draw inspiration and propose fresh, innovative ideas on a weekly basis
- Collaborate daily with creative strategist, media buyers, performance marketers, and designers.
- Support creative evolution: testing new formats, tools, and automation where applicable.
Requirements
- 3+ years of motion design experience in-house within performance or app marketing contexts.
- Expertise in After Effects, with strong working skills in Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Understanding of editing, composition, animation, and color psychology.
- Confident user of AI creative tools (e.g., Arcads, VEO-3, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels, UA metrics, and the mobile app ecosystem.
- Proven ability to interpret creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention) and iterate based on data insights.
- High creativity and initiative: proactive in generating ideas, not just waiting for direction.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate and pitch creative solutions.
- Strong prioritization and time management, with consistent on-time delivery.
Portfolio required showcasing experience in performance advertising for e-commerce or app marketing.
