Job Description

As a Motion Design Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing the company's IP and corporate brands to life through high-quality motion design projects, from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with senior motion designers and the video team to create visually compelling work, ensuring brand consistency and elevating the visual identity across all motion design platforms. This role requires staying updated with industry trends and actively participating in design reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure motion design solutions align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices through continuous learning and research.
  • Participate in motion design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and receiving feedback on their own work.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Take initiative to identify and address areas for improvement within the team.
  • 3+ years of experience in the motion design field.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4d, Blender, Unreal Engine) and other relevant design and video software (e.g., Figma, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of animation and design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Must be deeply familiar with our existing IPs — their style, tone, and fanbase.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation or a related art field (or equivalent experience).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
