We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, producing videos and advertising assets for global mobile marketing efforts. The role involves collaborating with the user acquisition team to optimize performance marketing campaigns. You will develop compelling visual designs, including 2D & 3D animated motion graphics, recommend creative solutions, participate in brainstorming sessions, analyze creative performance, and stay updated on gaming industry marketing trends and tools. Must have:
- 2+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of design principles (color, composition, typography)
- Strong understanding of marketing design best practices
- Passion for games
Good to have:
- Advanced proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D
- Experience in creating advertising assets for global mobile marketing campaigns
- Ability to work with user acquisition teams
- Understanding of teamwork

Responsibilities
- Creating compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, including images and 2D & 3D animated motion graphics
- Recommending practical and creative solutions to improve the creative design
- Participating in ideation sessions to generate new creative ideas
- Working with the user acquisition team to analyze creative performance
- Identifying marketing trends in the gaming industry and ensuring the use of the best industry tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
- Advanced proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite motion graphics and video editing software tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of design, color, composition, typography, and conceptual ideation
- Strong understanding of marketing design and best practices
- Passion and interest in games
