We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer cum Animator to create captivating motion content for marketing initiatives. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and animating engaging visuals for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives. The designer will develop 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content, collaborating with marketing and content teams. Key responsibilities include editing video content, incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound, while maintaining brand consistency and staying updated on design trends.

Must Have

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for digital ads, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Develop 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
• Edit and enhance video content, incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines
• Assist in creating storyboards, mood boards, and design mockups for campaigns
• 4-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and animation
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling
• Experience with sound design and video editing
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and animation projects

Good to Have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
