Job Description

This position is for a Product Development Engineer (PDE) in Intel's Manufacturing Product Engineering group. The role involves participating in global teams to enable Intel's product roadmap, evaluating and debugging new test programs, resolving product manufacturability issues related to testing hardware and software, performing data analysis, and deploying solutions to improve test coverage, capacity, and product health. The engineer will also develop and debug support software for test program validation, data analysis, and debugging.
Must have:
  • Participate in global teams to enable Intel's product roadmap.
  • Perform evaluation and debugging of new test programs.
  • Resolve product manufacturability issues related to product testing hardware and software.
  • Perform data analysis and deploy solutions to improve test coverage, capacity, and product health indicators.
  • Develop and debug support software for test program validation, data analysis, and debugging.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Good to have:
  • Python and object-oriented programming skills.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will be a Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, team, and communication skills.
  • Python and object-oriented programming skills would be an advantage for this position.
