Job Description

The MRI 3T Downstream Product Manager will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive objectives, gather regional needs, and translate them into product roadmaps. They will introduce new products, drive portfolio differentiation with KOLs and clinical research customers, and monitor market trends. This role involves designing and executing marketing initiatives, creating and managing sales promotions, and enabling the sales team with effective resources. The Product Manager will also develop competitive intelligence and represent the voice of sales for the region.

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • More than 10 years of experience in related fields
  • MRI Premium segment experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

MRI 3T Downstream Product Manager, Growth Region

Your Role

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team in the region to drive the objective of the segment of focus
  • Work closely with business unit product marketing and be the point person for gathering the regional needs and translating into product roadmap
  • Responsible to drive new product introductions in the region focused on their segment
  • Work closely with KOLs and Clinical research customers to drive differentiation of the portfolio
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize engagement, identifying critical enablers for success for the region
  • Design and execute tactical marketing initiatives like campaigns, promotions and activation leveraging data-based insights. Create, launch and manage targeted sales promotions with your regional teams.
  • Enable the sales team to be effective with sales assets, messaging, targeting and engagement.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute competitive intelligence.
  • Work across the MR Product Management and Marketing team to represent the voice of sales for your region.

You're likely the right fit for this job if you possess

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • More than 10 years related experience in Field Marketing, Regional Product Marketing or adjacent fields (e.g. Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing)
  • MRI Premium segment experience a must, clinical MRI knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong professional relationships and ability to influence colleagues.
  • Attitude to win!

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
