MRO Work Scope Lead
Location: Derby – Hybrid (3 days a week on-site)

Rolls-Royce is seeking an experienced and driven MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Workscope Lead to join our world-class team in Derby. What you will be doing
As an MRO Work Scope Lead, you will have a direct impact on our global operations, ensuring that engineering work scopes for commercial aviation products are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You’ll lead a talented team of Managed Service Engineers, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our processes.
