As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will focus on Higher Education institutions, partnering with them to drive digital transformation strategies using the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. You will work directly with C-level executives and collaborate with an account team to achieve customer business objectives. The role involves engaging with existing customers and new leads, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction, assisting in account planning, sharing the value proposition of MuleSoft and Salesforce, and driving growth within assigned accounts. This role requires developing opportunities through both warm leads and prospecting.
