Job Description

The National Dental Detailing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing national strategic plans for the oral professional channel, coordinating channel layout, team management, and marketing execution. This includes driving the company's products to widespread coverage and efficient transformation within the oral professional channel, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and channel management, team management and personnel development, marketing execution and customer management, cross-departmental collaboration and resource management, and compliance and risk control. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in channel management within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing national channel teams.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device channel management
  • 3+ years of national channel team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in the oral care industry is preferred

Purpose

 

制定并实施全国口腔专业渠道的战略规划,统筹渠道布局、团队管理及营销执行,推动公司产品在口腔专业渠道的广泛覆盖与高效转化,确保业务目标的达成与持续增长。

 

Key responsibilities

1.战略规划与渠道管理

   - 制定全国口腔专业渠道的发展战略,优化渠道布局,确保资源高效配置; 

   - 分析市场趋势及竞争动态,调整策略以保持竞争优势; 

   - 建立并优化渠道管理体系,提升运营效率。 

2.团队管理与人员发展

   - 负责全国口腔渠道团队的搭建、培训及绩效管理,提升团队专业能力; 

   - 制定团队KPI并监督执行,确保目标达成; 

   - 培养核心人才,打造高绩效团队。 

3.营销执行与客户管理

   - 监督全国渠道营销计划的落地,确保区域执行与总部战略一致; 

   - 主导重点客户(如头部口腔医院、连锁机构、KOL等)的全国性合作,推动长期战略合作; 

   - 统筹行业展会、学术会议等品牌推广活动,提升产品影响力。 

4. 跨部门协作与资源管理

   - 协同市场、销售、医学等部门,推动产品策略与渠道执行的协同; 

   - 合理分配渠道资源(预算、样品、物料等),确保投入产出最大化。 

5.合规与风控

   - 确保所有渠道活动符合公司政策及行业法规(如Haleon行为准则、GQP/GQG等); 

   - 建立合规监控机制,规避业务风险

 

 

Qualifications and skills

1.教育背景

- 医学、药学、市场营销或管理相关专业本科及以上学历;

2. 工作经验

   - 10年以上医药/医疗器械行业渠道管理经验,3年以上全国渠道团队管理经验; 

   - 口腔行业背景优先,熟悉专业渠道(口腔医院、诊所、经销商)运作模式; 

   - 有成功搭建或优化全国渠道体系的案例。 

3.核心能力

   - 出色的战略规划与商业分析能力; 

   - 优秀的团队管理与人才培养能力; 

   - 强大的跨部门协作与资源整合能力; 

   - 卓越的沟通谈判技巧,能推动高层合作。 

4.其他要求

   - 能适应全国高频出差; 

   - 高度合规意识,熟悉医药行业法规。
