Responsibilities:

1. Assist in establishing a factory-level knowledge base.

2. Assist in developing training courses and materials, and training effectiveness evaluation plans.

3. Assist in developing employee capability assessment models to specifically develop corresponding training courses and improve employee capabilities.

4. Assist in carrying out various factory training activities, such as new employee onboarding training, annual shutdown training, etc.

5. Other tasks arranged by the supervisor.

6. Comply with the company's EHS policies and regulations, and meet EHS requirements during work.

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate or above, human resources, management, or computer-related majors are acceptable.

2. Passed CET-6 or possess corresponding written and spoken English proficiency.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, proficiency in AI or familiarity with low-code development tools is preferred.

4. Clear work thinking, strong problem analysis and solving skills, strong language expression and communication coordination skills.
