Job Summary

Job Description

This is a 3-year management trainee program designed to cultivate young talents into future managers or technical experts. The long-term goal is to build a solid and stable talent pool for Haleon's Suzhou factory and Haleon's quality and supply chain teams in China. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through different functional departments in the supply chain, participate in team collaborations, and develop a good career foundation. You will also receive strong support from the factory leadership, a tailored personal development path, professional guidance from mentors, and assistance from the HR team to help you realize your potential and accelerate your career development. The responsibilities include understanding the different functions and roles in supply chain operations, assisting with daily production activities to meet production goals, promoting engineering project management improvements and process optimization, and establishing a good knowledge base of safety, quality, and compliance.

责任范围

  • 了解供应链运营中的不同职能和角色
  • 了解供应链如何在将我们的产品推向市场和消费者方面发挥作用
  • 了解工程项目管理,工程维修,工程公用运行的过程
  • 协助日常生产活动,并实现生产目标
  • 推动工程项目管理改进及流程优化,包括项目单的及时完成、周期时间和生产力提高项目
  • 协助工厂自动化和数字化项目的实施
  • 进行良好的跨部门沟通及团队协作
  • 建立良好的安全、质量和合规性方面的知识储备,打下坚实基础
  • 研究一系列不同的产品和技术,包括批量生产、制粒、压片、包装等

最低任职要求

  • 制药/化学、工程/制造、自动化控制、机电一体化、计算机等相关理工科专业硕士
  • 学习意愿、发展潜力等方面评估优秀的理工科本科
  • 具备以上教育背景,有海外留学经历者优先
  • 语言:英语流利 (听、说、读、写)
