什么是HSF Trainee项目？

这是一个为期 3 年的管理培训生项目，旨在将年轻人才培养成未来的管理者或技术专家。我们的长期目标是为赫力昂苏州工厂和赫力昂中国区质量和供应链团队建立坚实稳定的人才储备。在这个项目中，你将有机会在供应链的不同职能部门间轮岗，参与团队合作，并发展一个良好的职业基础。你还将获得工厂领导层的大力支持，为你量身定制的个人发展路径，导师的专业指导和人力资源团队的助力，以协助你发挥潜力并加速推进职业生涯发展。

你需要具备：

• 真正热爱消费保健品行业，将优秀的产品带给消费者
• 优秀的英语口语及书写能力
• 较强的学习和分析能力，及出色的演讲能力
• 良好的人际交往和组织能力
• 充沛的内驱力和正向的影响力
• 良好的主人翁意识，能够理解并落实岗位的责任和职责
• 良好的创新思维能力
• 能够接受快节奏的工作环境，并灵活应对变化

责任范围

• 了解供应链运营中的不同职能和角色
• 了解供应链如何在将我们的产品推向市场和消费者方面发挥作用
• 了解工程项目管理，工程维修，工程公用运行的过程
• 协助日常生产活动，并实现生产目标
• 推动工程项目管理改进及流程优化，包括项目单的及时完成、周期时间和生产力提高项目
• 协助工厂自动化和数字化项目的实施
• 进行良好的跨部门沟通及团队协作
• 建立良好的安全、质量和合规性方面的知识储备，打下坚实基础
• 研究一系列不同的产品和技术，包括批量生产、制粒、压片、包装等

最低任职要求

• 制药/化学、工程/制造、自动化控制、机电一体化、计算机等相关理工科专业硕士
• 学习意愿、发展潜力等方面评估优秀的理工科本科
• 具备以上教育背景，有海外留学经历者优先
• 语言：英语流利 （听、说、读、写）
