Job Description
This role involves creating engaging game advertisement videos using AIGC technologies. Responsibilities include developing creative video scripts, producing high-quality videos, collaborating with different departments, and utilizing product features in video content. A strong understanding of game advertising, proficiency in video editing software (AE, PR, PS), and experience with AI tools (MJSD, ComfyUI) are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent aesthetic sense, communication skills, and a keen awareness of online trends and hot topics. Experience with heavy mobile games is a plus. The candidate will be responsible for the entire video production process, from ideation to final output, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Must have:
- Video editing experience (AE, PR, PS)
- Game advertising understanding
- AIGC tool proficiency (MJSD, ComfyUI)
- Strong aesthetic sense & communication
- Experience with heavy mobile games
Good to have:
- Experience with sequence frames
- Experience training large models and LoRA

1、负责游戏向广告视频的内容制作，能自主创意或按市场需求，独立撰写广告视频脚本并完成视频的制作，结合热点，做出有创意，有热度的游戏广告，对游戏广告有较深刻的理解；
2、与市场、运营、其他设计等进行跨部门沟通协调，挖掘产品特点并运用在视频素材制作中；
职位要求：
1、有视频素材制作经验，游戏行业优先考虑；
2、了解和熟悉手机游戏，有重度手游经验的优先考虑；
3、精通AE,PR,PS等后期软件，熟悉序列帧的优先考虑；
4、有较强的审美能力和美术基础，对于视频节奏敏感，有网感，对网络热点敏感；
5、有良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，优秀的学习能力，较强的自我驱动力，工作认真细致，有极高的工作责任心，并保证质量及完成度。
AI技术要求：
1、熟悉MJSDComfyUl等，会使用常用插件，熟悉提示词及基础参数的标准；
2、会独立搭建ComfyUl基础的流程，会熟练使用流程进行内容量化生产；
3、精通训练大模型和lora提供项目的定制化需求。
