Job Description

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for game products in the domestic Chinese market. Responsibilities include formulating market strategies, planning marketing campaigns, managing advertising and content creation, implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (including advertising, content marketing, and channel partnerships), and evaluating campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in game marketing, a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its target audiences, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively. Experience with IP game marketing is a plus.

岗位职责

1、负责游戏产品的国内发行市场策略制定、整体营销方案策划等工作;

2、负责游戏产品市场营销各版块的策划和执行工作,包括广告创意、投放策略、内容素材创意、市场传播、事件营销等;

3、以项目管理的形式,能够独立完成各项活动的方案策划、内容整合、执行全过程,并进行验收和结果评估;

4、能够协调整合内外部各类资源,推进市场计划的落地和实施。


岗位要求

1、3年以上国内游戏市场营销相关工作经验,有参与运作游戏产品市场推广的完整经验;

2、熟悉媒体资源、买量投放、内容营销、渠道合作等推广方式,具备出色的策略及整合传播能力;

3、具有较强的素材和内容创意策划能力,积极主动,具有创新精神;

4、喜爱游戏,有比较深度的对于不同类型游戏产品和游戏用户群体的洞察认知;

5、具有良好的沟通及表达能力,能与各个合作方沟通顺畅,推动项目进度;具有良好的团队合作意识和计划执行能力,勇于承担工作压力;

6、具有IP游戏的市场推广经历优先;
