As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-performing creative content and exploring innovative ad directions that drive explosive, viral growth for our games. You will work closely with the User Acquisition, Art, and Game Design teams to create outstanding marketing content and videos that maximise the commercial success of our games and the company. Responsibilities include producing creative assets, applying marketing psychology, contributing to group discussions, developing video ad concepts, executing video editing and motion design, maximizing click-through rates, producing and iterating on video assets, presenting concepts, maintaining visual consistency, proofreading, staying updated with creative tools, monitoring competitor trends, archiving assets, using external libraries, reducing costs, communicating updates, and complying with company standards.
