This role involves conducting user research, and industry landscape analysis to gather insights that drive product design decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered research methodologies and experience uncovering actionable insights that enhance user satisfaction and product engagement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and understanding the critical factors that impact user experience in industrial settings, such as workflow efficiency, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. You Will:
Design and conduct user studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
Analyze user behavior through qualitative and quantitative methods to identify underlying user needs and pain points
Developing user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique environments and requirements of industrial users
Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in UX research and tools
Continuously monitoring and evaluating user feedback to refine and optimize the functionality and usability of our products in real-world industrial applications
You'll Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, ideally within a tech-driven environment
Proficiency in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
Experience with UX research tools and software, such as UsabilityHub, Lookback.io, or similar
A strong portfolio that demonstrates past research projects and their impact on product design and user experience
