Position Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Senior-level Software Engineer focusing on the backend to join our dynamic team operating in an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the software engineering development lifecycle and experience in C#.

This role has two shifts: 3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST

You Will:

Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# utilizing TDD

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Implement secure RESTful and gRPC APIs

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices

Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and developing user stories and estimates

Provide technical support for web applications

You'll Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in backend development with C#

Strong understanding of the .NET framework (.NET 5+ preferred) building WebAPI and/or gRPC services

Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus

Understanding of scalable cloud architectures and performance profiling preferred

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Exposure to Docker and Containerized development and debugging
