Position Summary:

Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a lead in user experience design, you will play a critical role in shaping the user interfaces and experiences across our AI software solutions. You will guide a team of designers through the entire design process, from early-stage discovery to final handoff to engineering. Your deep understanding of industrial clients’ needs will ensure the delivery of user-centered designs that improve usability, drive engagement, and align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative, creative environment.

Drive the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure a seamless handoff and implementation.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.

Create and maintain design systems and component libraries using Figma, ensuring consistency across all products.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a high-quality user experience.

Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, influencing product strategy and roadmaps.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining the design process.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design across multiple platforms (web and mobile).

Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

Experience designing for industrial clients (defense, oil and gas, renewables, aerospace, or supply chain) is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity designs meet the user's needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
