Job Description Summary:

The Associate Order Management Specialist will assist in processing orders in Salesforce. The incumbent will also assist in maintaining renewal records in Salesforce with accurate pricing, customer and product information. They will partner with an Order Management Specialist (OMS), help maintain renewal quote data, and follow through with the OMS on outstanding renewals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing small-sized customer renewals records in Salesforce (75%)
    • Assist in maintaining accurate customer renewal records in Salesforce, including the addition of annual maintenance price increases.
    • Follow the established renewal cycle process to help ensure the generation of timely quotes.
    • Assist in identifying draft renewal quotes that need action.
    • Responsible for initiating timely renewal reminders.
    • Post-renewal, ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered, and next year’s renewal record is accurately generated.
  • Customer Support (25%)
    • Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may required redirection via emails or phone calls.  Escalate to the Order Management Specialist for resolutions as needed.
    • Help monitor dashboards and reports for undelivered invoices and draft quotes needing approval and bring them to the Order Management Specialist’s attention.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of work experience in Order Management
  • General knowledge and basic experience with computers and business office software (email, Windows).
  • Professional demeanor
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented

Education:

High School Diploma required

The base salary range for this role is $38,011.00 - $47,513.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
