Job Description
Entrata, a global leader in property management software, is seeking a Backend Developer to join their team. The role involves designing, architecting, testing, and implementing innovative AI products. The developer will contribute to the backend development process, learn and adapt to best practices, collaborate with team members to solve problems, and improve coding skills. Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications
- Experience with Node.js (Typescript) and related frameworks
- Experience with MongoDB
- Experience with GCP/AWS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in a related field
- A continuous learner, keen on staying updated with software development
- Strong passion for software development
- Detail-oriented

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years experience in backend development
- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Experience with Nodejs (Typescript) and its related frameworks
- Experience in MongoDB
- Experience with GCP/AWS
- Bachelor, Master, or higher degree in Computer/Software Engineering or a related field
- A continuous learner, keen on staying updated with the evolving software development landscape and best practices.
- Strong passion for software development.
- Detail-oriented.
- Startup experience is preferred.
Your Role Involves
- You will design, architect, test, and implement an innovative AI product
- Contributing to the backend development process, from spec to tested production code
- Learning and adapting to best practices for maintainability and scalability of design systems and supporting the team in architecting solutions for a growing platform
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues to solve problems and overcome design challenges
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills
