Job Description

The job involves creating character animations for consumer game development and developing the production environment. This includes determining the taste of character motion expression, specification design, and quality control, as well as developing the production pipeline and workflow for character motion expression. Candidates should be able to collaborate with other professionals and propose better implementation methods and problem-solving approaches. They should also be able to determine directions, including specifications and rules, not just creating motions.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of rigging and animation state construction.

Must Have:

More than 2 years of practical experience in motion design for game production.
Practical experience with character motion using 3D graphics software (Maya, 3dsMax, etc.).
Experience in quality control of the team or practical experience in character motion specification design in collaboration with other job types.

・人物モーション表現のテイスト決定/仕様設計/クオリティ管理など
・人物モーション表現の制作パイプラインおよび制作フロー整備など

必須経験・スキル

・ゲーム制作におけるモーションデザインの実務経験2年以上
※ゲームのプラットフォームは問いません
・3Dグラフィックソフト（Maya、3dsMaxなど）を使用した手付けでの人物モーション実務経験
・チームのクオリティ管理経験、もしくは他職種と連携した人物モーション仕様設計の実務経験

・リギングやアニメーションステートの構築の知識がある方
