Job Description
You will be assigned to one of the following tasks (or both concurrently) within the business management department (corporate department). (Assignment will be determined based on your preferences and the results of the selection process.)
Legal Affairs
- Contract creation, review, negotiation
- Research and registration of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights)
- Legal support for development departments (various terms of use, license confirmation, etc.)
Numerical Management
- General numerical management tasks
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing tasks
- Accounting-related support tasks
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in either legal affairs or numerical management.
- Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1) to smoothly conduct business communication.
Welcome Experience
- Work experience in the game industry.
- Experience in numerical management tasks such as budget management.
- Experience in tasks related to intellectual property, trademarks, and patents.
- Experience utilizing cloud accounting systems and contract management systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to think logically.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with others and derive a certain conclusion to problems.
- Ability to actively learn in unfamiliar areas.
