This contract HR Recruiter position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from application reception and scheduling to candidate interviews and recruitment public relations. Responsibilities also include supporting onboarding, managing contracts for temporary staff and partners, and handling invoice management. The ideal candidate is logical, communicative, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, with a strong focus on reporting and collaboration.
Good To Have:- Recruitment experience in the game industry or for programmers and designers
- Experience using ATS such as HRMOS
- Practical experience in interview selection or recruitment public relations
Must Have:- Manage application reception, selection setup, and scheduling using recruitment systems.
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage recruitment reports.
- Handle recruitment public relations, including content creation and website updates.
- Support onboarding procedures and attendance closing tasks.
- Manage contracts for temporary employees and development partners.
- Oversee invoice management for temporary staffing agencies and partners.
- Experience in full-time employee selection management (from application reception to onboarding).
- Proficiency in document and data creation using Microsoft or Google Office software.
- Ability to steadily execute multiple projects concurrently.
