Day in and day out a Inside Sales Specialist in Insider;

  • sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead
  • follows-up with prospects through outbound cold calls and emails,
  • understands customer needs and requirements,
  • researches accounts, identify key players and generate interest,
  • maintains and expands database of prospects within their assigned duty.

Okay… now you’re thinking, what do we expect from you?

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in solution-based, technology-related environments, or business development
  • have a Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
  • have a good exposure to the e-commerce society which will also be an advantage,
  • have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively,
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • have strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day,
  • are creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating lead,
  • have the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment,
  • have strong problem identification and objection resolution skills,
  • preferably have digital marketing related experience in a customer oriented position,
