Game Security Product Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON's Publishing Platform Division seeks a Game Security PM with 5+ years of experience. The role involves planning and strategizing game security products and services, including anti-cheat measures. Responsibilities include setting short and long-term goals, managing project timelines, monitoring services, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, and working with game development teams for secure product implementation. The ideal candidate possesses strong product planning, release, and operational experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in collaboration tools. Experience in game security or a related field is preferred.
Must have:
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Product lifecycle experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in collaboration tools
- Able to travel internationally
Good to have:
- Game security background
- Passion for gaming
- English/foreign language skills

- 게임 보안 프로덕트와 서비스를 기획하고 전략을 수립합니다.
- 단기와 장기 목표를 설정하여 로드맵에 반영하고, 단계별 목표와 일정을 관리합니다.
- 서비스의 전반적인 사항들을 모니터링하고, 이해 관계자와 협업하여 이슈 사항을 해결합니다.
- 여러 게임 개발 조직들과 협업하여, 게임 보안 프로덕트와 서비스를 안전하게 적용합니다.
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 관련 경력 5년이상
- 프로덕트 기획부터 릴리즈까지 하나 이상의 프로덕트 출시와 운영 전 과정을 경험해 보신 분
- 협업을 위한 원할한 소통과 체계적인 정보 기반의 문서 작성 능력을 가지신 분
- 협업 툴의 원활한 사용이 가능하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 게임 보안 또는 보안 관련 조직에서 근무를 하셨던 분
- 게임을 사랑하고, 게임 내외의 부정행위 퇴치 미션을 함께 해결하실 분
- 영어 혹은 외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
