The PUBG Publishing Headquarters is an organization that oversees the publishing and business of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC/Console) products.
We collaborate with various KRAFTON departments and members to connect PUBG STUDIOS with players worldwide and provide global services.
Missions to Accomplish with Our Team
- Establish live operation plans for each platform and manage content operation KPIs.
- Oversee partnerships with console platform holders and related departments.
- Lead communication with global stakeholders and resolve key issues.
We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)
- Experience leading the establishment and execution of strategies for console or multi-platform live services.
- Experience managing live content and platforms for large-scale titles.
- Experience effectively leading complex communication structures between global organizations and related departments.
- Experience deriving and implementing operational improvements through various user feedback and metric analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills and document writing ability (Fluent or higher).
- No disqualifying reasons for overseas business trips.
If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience planning and executing launch projects from the early stages of console projects.
- High understanding of the content lifecycle for battle royale genres or live-service-centric games.
- Experience in KPI-based performance management and designing improvement loops.
- Experience establishing proactive response systems and coordinating organizations for platform policy changes or issues.
- Experience presenting clear directions and synchronizing various stakeholders inside/outside the organization.
- Experience directly leading or coaching team-level PMs or cross-functional project teams.
