Job Description
As a production manager in the production department within the Corporate Growth Headquarters, which serves as the middle office, you will oversee the team. This involves the planning of goods using in-house characters, production progress management, creative supervision, promotion through SNS, and operation of the in-house EC site, along with the management and analysis of sales data. The production department includes an MD team responsible for character goods planning and manufacturing management, an EC operations team for EC site operation, and a design department for 2D modeling. The role requires experience in character IP product planning, product lifecycle management, profit and loss management, sales promotion planning, creative supervision, and member management.

ミドルオフィスの役割を担っているコーポレートグロース本部の中の制作部のマネージャーとして、チームを統括していただきます。

- 自社キャラクターを用いたグッズ企画
- 制作進行業務
- クリエイティブ監修
- SNSを活用したプロモーション業務
- 自社ECサイトの運用
- 売上データの管理・分析
配属部署について
コーポレートグロース本部はグループ全社のミドルオフィスの役割を一手に担っています。
その中でも、制作部は、キャラクターグッズの企画～製造管理を担うMDチーム、グッズ販売の為のECサイト運営を担うEC運営チーム、Live2D等での２Dモデリングを担うデザイン課、の3つのチームがあり、グループ全社のグッズ販売に関する機能が集約されています。
必須要件
- アニメ、ゲーム、マンガなどのキャラクターIP商品企画経験
- 製品ライフサイクル管理および進捗管理経験
- 製品別収益（P/L）および販売促進企画の立案・実行・進捗管理経験
- クリエイティブ監修経験
- メンバーマネジメント経験
