NCG Product and Test Engineer

Job Responsibility

• ​Maintain and control testability to keep production continuing.

• Identifies and resolves assigned product yield, productivity, quality and reliability problems to achieve the company's target.

• Leverage Productivity, Quality, Cycle time and all other manufacturing aspects to contribute company's success.

• Qualifies new products/processes to enable production startup.

• Resolves technical problems to ensure smooth operation.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics engineering or other related fields.

• 0-2 years’ experience in the Semiconductor electronics industry or related field

• Good personal attitude.

• Ability in Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in systematic thinking and problem-solving.

• Ability to present alternative solutions to problems.

• Capable of working under high-pressure situations.

• Good at written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Programming: C/C++ and other related.

• Computer software (MS Office, Power BI, ) is a must.
