The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Intern will support the delivery of commercial strategies, focusing on pricing analysis, promotional effectiveness, and market performance reviews. Key responsibilities include supporting NRM frameworks, analyzing price data, tracking promotional activities, identifying price-pack opportunities, participating in reviews, and researching market factors. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in a related field with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

Role Summary:

The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Intern will support the delivery of commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth across the Benelux cluster. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue management by contributing to pricing analysis, promotional effectiveness tracking, and market performance reviews across multiple channels (Mass Market, Pharmacy, and eCommerce).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of NRM frameworks across pricing, pack architecture, mix optimization, promotional planning, and trade investment.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing price data for Haleon and key competitors to support price monitoring and opportunity identification.
  • Help track and organize promotional activities and results to evaluate effectiveness and improve ROI.
  • Contribute to identifying price-pack opportunities and tracking implementation status in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly NRM reviews by preparing performance analysis and summaries.
  • Conduct basic research and data gathering on external market factors such as inflation trends or consumer behavior shifts to inform pricing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about revenue management and commercial strategies.
