At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. Our critical communications, video security and command center technologies support public safety agencies and enterprises alike, enabling the coordination that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals and safer businesses. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.
The Operations Center is responsible for the initial investigation and evaluation of incidents generated by the monitoring systems of the radio communication system (Astro 25 and DIMETRA). We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our clients are mainly public safety systems, so priority resolution is a daily necessity. Based on the aspirations, capabilities, and commitment of each employee, the department offers career development opportunities and benefits to balance family, work, and personal life. As a company, we have agreements for education, health, and personal well-being.
The NOC agent must evaluate possible failures and determine the necessary steps to restore radio communication service to clients. They must differentiate between minor transient problems and more serious outages affecting the client, and will be responsible for contacting the necessary teams to normalize services. NOC agents are also responsible for validating the restoration of normal operation once the restoration is complete.
The work is carried out in rotating day and night shifts and from our offices in Las Condes and Zenteno.
