Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales representative to join our Enterprise Mobile Video team, specifically focusing on Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and License Plate Readers (LPR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals for our enterprise Mobile Video Team. This role is fully remote and reports to the Sales Development Manager.
Must have:
  • Prospect for new business and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs, track and report on account activity.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
  • Qualify existing leads in Salesforce.com and other Avigilon lead databases.
  • Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in the assigned region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
  • Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.
  • Possess 1+ years of technical sales experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of technical sales experience.
Good to have:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within an inside sales organization
  • Experience with technology sales
  • Experience with video surveillance/security technology sales
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience
  • Previous experience in a sales development role

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales representative to join our Enterprise Mobile Video team, specifically focusing on Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and License Plate Readers (LPR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals for our enterprise Mobile Video Team.

Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Mobile Video - Body Worn Cameras holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about sales development and is highly customer-focused and efficient.

We are open to considering fully-remote candidates based anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tasks will include prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer needs, track and report on account activity.
  • Lead generation expertise to include the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
  • Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and all Avigilon lead databases and resources set forth by the Inside Sales Manager, North America that may be generated from sales, trade shows, telesales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
  • Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
  • Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
  • Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience within an inside sales organization
  • Preferred experience with technology sales
  • Preferred experience with video surveillance/security technology sales
  • Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience
  • Preferred previous experience in a sales development role

Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $61,100 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
