About the Role

The incumbent will be a professional who manages the office's operations and ensures that it runs smoothly. This individual should be equipped with good communication skills and great passion.

Job Description

• Manage daily administration for the China offices as the “housekeeper of the team” to make sure employees work with solid infrastructure and a comfortable environment.
• Support logistics of China team for all business activities on an on-going basis.
• Maintain a good relationship with external service providers for the necessary HR, Finance, IT, office supplies, warehousing, rental car and other services for the operation of the China team.
• Leadership visit reception.
• Work closely with Senior Management and global HR team and organize learning and developing activities for China team.
• Execute all finance related tasks (procurement support, reviewing contracts, vendor management, creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, expense reporting).
• Assist in evaluating processes, enhancing workflows, and advocating for tools that will increase efficiencies for routine task execution.
• Provide on-boarding and off-boarding support as needed.
• Support on all company events and activities

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience working for global corporations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
• Professional, responsible, proactive, passionate and creative
• Strong team player, with high standards of integrity.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of confidentiality.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin
