Job Description

Freed is seeking a Senior Offline Marketing Manager to join their elite marketing team. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and lead generation through various offline channels. The manager will plan, budget, and execute integrated offline marketing campaigns, including audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising, print ads, sponsorships, events, direct mail, and experiential marketing. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and design teams, as well as monitoring KPIs and analyzing campaign data for optimization.
Must have:
  • Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives
  • Execute audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising, print ads, and sponsorships
  • Plan and execute industry conferences and events in partnership with B2B marketing leader
  • Execute targeted direct mail campaigns including brochures, flyers, and swag
  • Develop and execute creative and cost-effective experiential marketing experiments
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams for marketing alignment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data for improvement
  • Stay informed about the latest offline marketing best practices and technologies
  • Identify and track competitive marketing to understand Freed's position and opportunities
  • 7-10 years of experience in offline marketing or CPG with proven revenue growth
  • Ability and willingness to start as an Individual Contributor and grow into leadership roles
  • Creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven and analytical with strong ability to measure and report on marketing performance
  • Passion for healthcare & technology and desire to make a positive impact

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Offline Marketing Manager to join our team of elite marketers. In this vital role, you will drive brand awareness and lead generation through offline channels. This role requires a highly creative and data-driven individual with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated offline marketing campaigns.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
  • Audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising, Print ads (magazines, newsletters), sponsorships in publications, associations, etc.
  • Events and sponsorships: Planning and executing industry conferences in partnership with our B2B marketing leader.
  • Direct mail campaigns: Executing targeted direct mail campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and items, swag, etc.
  • Experiential marketing experiments: Developing and executing creative and cost-effective offline marketing campaigns that are out of the box. We invite you to think differently and be excited by that.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of offline marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the latest offline marketing best practices and technologies.
  • Identify and track competitive marketing to understand where Freed is winning and has open space to experiment more.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 7-10 years of experience in offline marketing or CPG, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • You have a player/coach mindset, with the ability and willingness to start as an IC and grow into leadership roles.
  • You have creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • You’re data-driven and analytical, with a strong ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • A passion for healthcare & technology and a desire to make a positive impact on the industry.
