Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Poker Manager to lead our poker offerings, driving engagement and growth within the online poker community. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the poker tournament schedule, overseeing ring games, sit-and-go offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our poker product portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement an engaging poker tournament schedule to maximise player participation and satisfaction
  • Oversee the poker ring game and sit-and-go offerings, ensuring alignment with Easygo's commercial objectives and maximising player engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and deliver new poker games and features in line with the overall product strategy
  • Ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of all poker related content, both internal and external, including game rules and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing and retention team to enhance marketing actions utilising the poker product, driving player acquisition and retention
  • Oversee operations from a risk standpoint, taking action against accounts engaged in fraudulent activities
  • Provide training, development, and growth opportunities for the Easygo team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Conduct training sessions for internal departments and establish procedures to streamline poker-related escalations

 

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Extensive experience in the online poker industry, with a focus on poker room and product management
  • Strong understanding of online poker products, particularly in the realm of social poker
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy, driving commercial success against KPIs and targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Previous experience in management, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online poker management or a related role
  • Proven track record of success in driving player engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
