Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining the atmosphere within the live broadcast room, addressing user inquiries, and fostering a positive environment. This role includes managing user communities, initiating discussions, answering user questions, and using effective operational methods to increase community activity, encourage user interaction, and create a positive community atmosphere. The Operations Assistant will also provide reasonable suggestions for products, processes, and systems based on user feedback, as well as identify and resolve problems and continuously improve existing service procedures and systems.
1.负责直播间运营工作，维护直播间氛围，解答用户疑问； 2.负责用户社群运营、在社群内进行话题引导、用户答疑，通过有效的运营手段提高社群活跃度，推动用户互动，营造良好的社群氛围； 3. 结合用户反馈对产品、流程、制度提出合理化建议； 4. 发现和解决问题，并不断优化现有的服务流程和系统.
