Job Summary
Jambox Games is a venture-backed competitive game publishing platform based in South East Asia and India, aiming to redefine how indie developers build and publish multiplayer games globally using unique Async-Multiplay technology. The Operations Executive will manage, plan, optimize, and analyze User Acquisition campaigns across various networks, iterate on A/B tests, create creative briefs, and collaborate with product and data teams. The role requires 1+ years of experience in mobile marketing/UA/gaming/ad networks and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must Have
- Manage, plan, optimize, and analyze User Acquisition campaigns across various networks (Ad Networks/Social Platforms).
- Constantly iterate and run A/B tests within UA channels, learning, testing, and improving KPIs.
- Make detailed creative briefs and work closely with the marketing art team on creative optimisation and generating new creative art work for campaigns.
- Work closely with the product and data teams and understand in-game activities and features.
- Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition, and marketing ecosystem.
- Possess 1+ years of work experience in mobile marketing/UA/gaming/ad networks and ops.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and grow within an agile team with given timelines.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Show eagerness to learn and grow in a passionate environment.

What you will be doing
- Managing, planning, optimizing and analyzing User Acquisition campaigns across a variety of networks (Ad Networks/Social Platforms)
