The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for providing operational support to the Logistics Support Project Managers. This role manages procurement, receiving, and inventory processes and oversees reporting and budgeting activities related to new campus launches and campus updates. The Operations Manager will also manage order fulfillment for all warehouse-held items, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

The Logistics Support Team is responsible for receiving and distributing thousands of resources that make it possible for our Life.Church teams to carry out their ministries and daily tasks. Our warehouse is stocked with resources that are distributed to the Central and campus teams and any unique products for events. Our team oversees the moving and disposal of items at our locations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and process orders and incoming shipments across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to support new campus launches and portable openings.
- Partner closely with the Logistics Support team to ensure timely execution of project timelines.
- Provide consistent weekly updates on upcoming and active projects.
- Assist in pulling, packing, and palletizing materials for new locations and special initiatives.
- Manage project tracking through designated project management software and maintain related policies and procedures.
- Support campus teams by coordinating and placing bulk furniture orders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and submit project budgets for approval.
- Monitor and manage budgets across multiple active projects.
- Oversee purchasing card coding and reconciliation across various initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to manage and fulfill warehouse stock orders.
- Process and fulfill SPOT system requests for warehouse-held items.
- Lead quarterly inventory audits and reporting processes.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
- Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
- High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Experience managing large budgets with numerous line items across multiple projects.
