As an Operations Manager, you will be a driven professional passionate about data and commercial success, advising clients on data platform strategies. You will lead and inspire a Microsoft Data team of approximately 30 FTE, bridging technology with business opportunities and communicating effectively at all levels.

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of the data platform landscape
Ability to interact with middle and top management
Translate technology into solutions for business challenges
Ability to translate roadmaps into business opportunities
Commercial drive; results-oriented
Experienced in converting propositions into sales successes
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Well-connected with the Microsoft ecosystem

As an Operations Manager, you are the essential link between technological possibilities and business opportunities. You are directly responsible for our Microsoft Data team of approximately 30 FTE. Your mission? To keep this team motivated, further expand it, and inspire them to great achievements. You communicate effortlessly at every level, from technical specialists to board members, and you know how to seamlessly connect technology with business challenges.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of the data platform landscape - preferably knowledge of Microsoft or Databricks platforms
The ability to interact with middle and top management of (potential) clients and translate technology into solutions for their business challenges
Able to translate roadmaps into business opportunities
Commercial drive; results-oriented | experienced in converting propositions into sales successes.
You are able to lead and motivate a team
Well-connected with the Microsoft ecosystem
